USING NOTEPAD AS LOG FILES

In our day to day work we try to maintain different and lot of notes on our Laptop.

Managing them will be so difficult at times that we tend to never look at them most of the times and try to retrieve the same information again from the source.

How will you like the idea of keeping all your notes in check and in a single .txt file automatically seperated by date and time by the system?

You can use a SINGLE Notepad in Windows to capture all your valuable information's and keep them in one place.

Well below is the procedure to accomplish just that:

1. Open a notepad.
2. Type ".LOG" without quotes on top of the notepad.
3. Save the notepad with any convenient name and close it for example: Log-database.txt .

Each time from now you open this file.. the time stamp will be added at the beginning which will segregate all the notes in the notepad.
